Placing an order:

Select the color, size, and quantity of the item you want, and then add it to your shopping cart.

 

Order payment:

Once you have added all of the items you want to your shopping cart, you can proceed to checkout.

 

Payment and top-up:

Click “Check Out”. This page will guide you to the account that needs to be topped up.

You can choose a top-up method or a transfer method and complete the transaction. After the transaction is reflected in your account, you can return to “My Order-Unpaid” to continue the payment process.

 

Purchase and collection:

FYOUBUY will contact the supplier and purchase the items you ordered.

During the purchase process, you can access “My order-In Processing” to view detailed information.

The supplier will process the items you ordered and ship them to FYOUBUY’s warehouse in China.

 

International shipping order payment:

You can access “My order-Submit Shipping” to see the status of the items once they have been collected from the Chinese warehouse.

 

How to pay?

Select “My Parcels-Unpaid”, then you will need to fill in your delivery address and pay the corresponding shipping fee.

 

1.After you submit the shipping order payment, the order will enter “My Parcels-In Processing”.

2.International shipping fees are calculated based on weight, volume, shipping method, and destination.

After you submit the shipping order payment, the order will enter the shipping stage.

Waiting for your package to arrive:

FYOUBUY will arrange for delivery. During this time, you can view your package and track its shipping progress through “My Parcels-In Processing”.

 

Received and evaluated:

After receiving your package, you can confirm receipt through “My Parcels-Shipped”.

If you have any questions about your package, you can also apply for after-sales service.
