  • What is “purchasing agent service”? How does it work? What are your fees?

    Purchasing agent service is our core service. We buy goods from China for our clients based on their needs and instructions. Additionally, we provide services throughout the entire process from purchasing recommendations, item inspection, storage, delivery, and after-sales services to ensure our clients receive satisfactory items. Using our purchasing agent service will result in a better shopping experience.

    Through the FYoubuy website, you can get what you want by paying in the local currency.

    The process is as follows:

    1.Log in to our website and search for the item you want us to purchase for you by providing detailed information about the item. At this step, we will provide some relevant information such as delivery or purchase tips/suggestions, and even help you find better options.

    2.Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we will inspect the quality of the item for you and store it in our warehouse. You have up to 30 days of free storage space to store your items.

    3.You can choose a suitable delivery time and remind us to deliver your items to you. If you do not need to use these items immediately, we recommend that you store more items and ship them in one shipment to save on shipping costs.

    4.Whether the item is in transit or has arrived at your location, our customer service will be responsible for assisting you in resolving any after-sales issues.

    Customers only need to pay the order cost and shipping fee. However, this does not mean that the quality of our service will be affected. On the contrary, our goal is to provide the best customer service in this field.

    Fyoubuy’s charges

    First payment: You need to pay the purchase bill, which equals to the cost of goods + domestic shipping (if needed) + service fee (10% of the cost of goods). During the transaction, if the quantity you ordered exceeds the amount we have received, you may be asked to pay more for domestic shipping, or supplement the difference in the cost of goods to the seller to increase the price. You can first check the replenishment amount to confirm whether you need to pay for replenishment or cancel the order.

    Second payment: Pay international shipping fees. You will be charged an estimated shipping fee based on the size and weight of the purchased goods. During the packaging process, the shipping fee may be reduced due to our repackaging and consolidation. For the difference in shipping fees, we will refund it all to your purchase balance. (Package consolidation applies to items such as clothing/shoes/bags or small items.)

  • As a shopping agent, are you responsible for product quality, especially delivery issues?

    Fyoubuy not only provides purchasing services for customers, but also offers strong and efficient after-sales services, including product and delivery issues. However, at present, we only provide purchasing services, and our inspection of product quality is limited to quantity, color, and some serious quality issues that we will contact the seller to help you resolve. As for the specific quality issues of the goods, it will depend on many factors such as price, seller’s credibility, domestic transportation compression, etc. We cannot be fully responsible for these.

    We do not transfer responsibility to sellers or logistics companies like other platforms, because Fyoubuy is a reliable friend to our customers. We can provide services for our customers, and we will follow up on any inquiries until your issues are resolved, because customer satisfaction is our priority.

  • Why isn’t my money reflecting after I requested a refund?

    Dear user, the processing of refunds for MTN and Airtel recharges needs to be handled by Fyoubuy finance.

    Our working hours are from 03:30 to 12:30 local time (Zambia time).

    If you make a transfer during our working hours, your request will be processed in a timely manner. Whether your request is successful or unsuccessful, we will send you an email notification.

    If you send a request during our non-working hours, your transfer request will be processed the next day.

  • Why is the domestic shipping fee displayed on 1688 different from that on Fyoubuy?

    When you browse products on 1688, the shipping fee you see is the lowest domestic shipping fee displayed. However, the actual shipping fee depends on the distance between the product and our warehouse. The farther the distance, the higher the shipping fee. If you purchase a large quantity/weight that exceeds the domestic shipping fee, we will charge you for the difference.

    However, when you shop on Taobao, in most cases, some sellers provide free domestic shipping services or the order quantity/weight is not too large, so there are fewer cases where you need to pay the difference.

    The reasons are as follows:
