What should I do if I forget my password?
If you forget your password, you can submit a request to reset it online.
step 1: On the user login page, click on the “Forgot Password” button.
step 2: Fill in your registered email and the verification code, then click the “Next” button.
step 3: After successfully submitting the request, you will receive an email with the subject “Reset Password” in your mailbox.
How can I change my password?
To change your password, you can:
step 1: Go to the “Account” page, click on your username to enter the “Profile” page.
step 2: Click the “Change Password” button to enter the “Change Password” page.
step 3: Fill in your old password and new password, confirm it again, and your password will be successfully changed.
