1.How to make PayPal delivery address the same as Fyoubuy delivery address when recharging or paying?

 

(a)If you already have a balance in your PayPal account and it’s not enough, please choose PayPal recharge or payment. After logging in to your PayPal account, please enter or change the delivery address on the payment page and keep it the same as your Fyoubuy delivery address (the “delivery country” when submitting the order and the “delivery address” when submitting the package).

(b)If you don’t have a PayPal account and need to pay by debit card or credit card, please enter the delivery address on the payment page below and keep it the same as your Fyoubuy delivery address (the “shipping country” when submitting the order and the “shipping address” when submitting the package), and then proceed with the payment.

 

Tip: If the PayPal delivery address does not match the Fyoubuy delivery address when you submit the order, the system verification of the order may fail, and we will contact you to cancel the order. We recommend that you resubmit the order after modifying the PayPal delivery address and keeping it the same as the Fyoubuy delivery address, and then you can place the order and successfully ship it

 

 

2.According to PayPal’s policy, transactions related to the following items are prohibited:

(a) Anesthetics, steroids, certain controlled substances, or other products that pose a risk to consumer safety.

(b) Drug paraphernalia.

(c) Cigarettes.

(d) Items that encourage, promote, facilitate, or instruct others to engage in illegal activity.

(e) Stolen goods, including digital and virtual goods.

(f) Items that promote hatred, violence, racial intolerance, or the economic exploitation of crime.

(g) Items deemed to be obscene.

(h) Items that infringe or violate any copyright, trademark, publicity right, or privacy right, or any other ownership rights under the laws of any jurisdiction.

(i) Materials or services related to certain sexual orientations.

(j) Ammunition, firearms, or certain firearm parts or accessories.

(k) Certain weapons or knives regulated by applicable law.

 

 

3.Debit card overdraft associated with PayPal

 

If your debit card associated with your PayPal account allows overdraft, please ensure that you have enough balance on your debit card when making payments. If there is not enough balance when overdraft is allowed, PayPal will overdraft your debit card when the payment is completed. When your debit card balance becomes negative, some banks may charge you overdraft fees.

 

 

4.How to pay with balance on PayPal?

 

1.Choose PayPal as your payment method when paying bills or topping up your account;

2.Click the “Confirm” button in the pop-up window below, and the system will redirect you to the PayPal page;

3.Enter your PayPal account and password;

4.Check the transaction details to ensure that the PayPal shipping address is the Fyoubuy Chinese address, as shown below.

5.Confirm the payment on the PayPal page.

6.Return to Fyoubuy and check the payment status.

 

Tips:

1.We will adjust the exchange rate periodically based on the latest exchange rate published by the Bank of China.

2.Commission fees will be charged by PayPal officially.

3.The billing and shipping address on PayPal must be modified to the Fyoubuy Chinese address.

4.The billing address on PayPal will not affect the final address of your international shipment.
