1.How long does it take for MTN and Airtel recharge to be credited?

 

Please note that the processing of MTN and Airtel recharge is handled by Fyoubuy finance. If possible, using MTN would be faster and our working hours are from 03:30 to 12:30 local time. If you make your request during our working hours, it will be processed promptly. An email notification will be sent whether the request is successful or declined. If you make the request outside our working hours, your payment will be processed the next day. For declined requests, please ensure that you input the correct payment information, especially the transaction ID, and make the request again. If the recharge does not reflect in your balance within 24 hours or if you have any issues regarding the recharge process, please contact us at WhatsApp: Vivian: 86 180 2454 7676.

 

2.Fyoubuy would like to remind all members to double-check their information when registering. The following are common mistakes to avoid:

 

  • Mistakenly entering the letter “I” (uppercase “I”), instead of “1” (the number 1) or “l” (lowercase “l”).
  • Mistakenly entering the letter “0” (the number 0), instead of “O” (uppercase “O”).
  • Switching normal numbers, such as 25342, to “25432”.

 

The correct Airtel transaction number format is as follows:

For example: MP221024.1047.I88888

 

“MP” is fixed and must be included.

“221024” represents the date.

“1047” is a random number generated by Airtel.

“I88888” is the most commonly mistaken part, and should consist of one letter followed by five numbers.

Please be very careful when entering your information to avoid delaying your recharge. If you receive a rejection email, it means there was an error in registration and you should resubmit your recharge request with the correct transaction number.

 

Recharge processing time:

If you submit your recharge request during working hours (1-3 hours), it will be processed quickly. If it is Sunday, it will be processed during Monday’s working hours.

Monday-Saturday: 3:30am-6:30am and 8:00am-12:30pm

Lunch and break time: 6:30am-8:00am
