1.What is the timeframe for me to ship the goods?

1.Purchase processing time by Fyoubuy:

Monday to Friday

Orders submitted between 00:00-16:00 Beijing time will be processed on the same day;

Orders submitted between 16:00-24:00 Beijing time will be processed before 16:00 on the next working day;

On Saturday, Sunday, and Chinese holidays, orders will be processed within 24 hours after the resumption of work.

2.Waiting for the seller to ship:

Most sellers can ship within 1-3 days (except for some customized and pre-order items).

3.Local delivery: 2-5 working days

After the seller ships the package, it takes 2-5 working days for local delivery, depending on the distance between the seller and Fyoubuy warehouse.

4.Inspection time:

Packages delivered to Fyoubuy before 17:00 will be inspected and stored within 24 hours. Packages delivered to Fyoubuy after 17:00 will be inspected and stored within 24 hours after 9:00 on the next day.

 

 

2.Shipping containers for sea freight do not necessarily mean early loading, why?

Please note that payment for sea freight should be made one week in advance. Then Fyoubuy warehouse will deliver the package to the shipping company and load it on the ship within one week. For export packages shipped by sea freight, there are a series of complex processes such as “loading containers-truck transportation-China port operation-export declaration in China-voyage-transit port-destination port import clearance-through Boarder customs area-container shipping to Zambia warehouse”. In these processes, it will affect the entire delivery date.

 

 

3.How much is the shipping cost to Zambia?

Air cargo to Lusaka is $14 per kilogram; $15 per kilogram to Kitwe/Kabwe/Ndola; for sea freight to Zambia, it is not a fixed price per kilogram, minimum $4 (Lusaka), increasing with the size of the package.

 

 

4.I bought different things, will you ship them separately or together after they arrive at the warehouse?

When all of your items show FYoubuy Received, you can choose the way you want to load the goods. If you have previously submitted some items for loading but still haven’t paid the shipping fee, you can come to “My parcel” page to check the unpaid parcel ,or click “Cancel” to cancel the parcel then back to Shopping Order to submit again.

 

 

5.Can I pay on delivery?

We do not support payment on delivery after the goods arrive in Zambia. Fyoubuy only accepts prepaid shipping fees and does not support cash on delivery. When it arrives in Zambia, all you need to do is collect your items without paying any fees.

 

 

6.When will the order number be issued?

After measuring the weight and size of the order, FYoubuy can only provide a shipping invoice when your goods arrive at the FYoubuy warehouse.

 

 

7.Why is my package delayed so much?

The delay of your package is a probability issue. Most sea freight shipments are almost within the transportation period, but some of them will be delayed due to slow ships, congested ports, queuing clearance, etc. But Fyoubuy can guarantee the safety of your package. We recommend that you can place more orders to prepare inventory so that many goods will continue to arrive at overseas ports, and your business will not be affected by package delays.

 

 

8.Laws, Regulations, and Prohibited Items

Based on our experience in long-term transportation, we would like to share some advice with you: due to customs restrictions, the transportation of tobacco, alcohol, drugs, and prohibited items is not allowed. For air transportation, food, liquids, particles, and pasty goods require non-dangerous goods labeling, and we recommend that you do not send bulk goods of these categories. We are not responsible for any actions taken by customs to detain goods.

2.Manuscripts, prints, films, photos, records, films, tapes, videos, laser discs, computer storage media, and other items involving state secrets

3.Precious cultural relics and other cultural and sports activities prohibited from leaving the country

4.Endangered and rare animals and plants (including specimens) and their seeds and breeding materials
