Order Status: Goods still in China
My Order—Unpaid Payment for goods not yet made
My Order—In Processing Package en route to Fyoubuy China warehouse
My Order—Action Required Package requires additional action, such as payment or return
My Order—Submit Shipment Package has arrived at Fyoubuy China warehouse, awaiting submission for international shipping
Order Status: Goods have left China
My Parcel—Unpaid International shipping submission completed, awaiting payment for shipping fees
My Parcel—In Processing Package in transit to destination via international shipping
My Parcel—Action Required Package has encountered an issue, please check and follow the prompts for further actions
My Parcel—Shipped Package has arrived at the destination and is awaiting delivery confirmation
My Parcel—Delivered Package has been successfully delivered and signed for

 

 

 2. Friendly Reminder

 Fyoubuy only supports prepayment:

First payment: You need to pay the purchase bill, which equals to the cost of goods + domestic shipping (if needed) + service fee (10% of the cost of goods). During the transaction, if the quantity you ordered exceeds the amount we have received, you may be asked to pay more for domestic shipping, or supplement the difference in the cost of goods to the seller to increase the price. You can first check the replenishment amount to confirm whether you need to pay for replenishment or cancel the order.

Second payment: Pay international shipping fees. You will be charged an estimated shipping fee based on the size and weight of the purchased goods. During the packaging process, the shipping fee may be reduced due to our repackaging and consolidation. For the difference in shipping fees, we will refund it all to your purchase balance. (Package consolidation applies to items such as clothing/shoes/bags or small items.)

 

 

3.How to pack all items into one package?

When their order status is all displayed as “Submit Shipment“, you can submit all the contents you want to load.

 

 

4. Can I change the size/color after purchasing the order?

You can send the order number to FYoubuy service to check if the seller has shipped the item. If the seller has not shipped yet, we can try to contact them to help you make changes. For customized items, once ordered, changes in size, color or design are not allowed.
