Warming tips of picking up the goods from Zambia warehouse

Dear all members:
When you come to warehouse and pick up your goods, plz make sure to check if the outer package is complete or not.

If there is any problem with the outer package damage, you have to contact the warehouse and check whether there is a shortage of goods.

If you leave the warehouse without saying anything, there will be no way to deal with the loss of goods due to damaged packaging.

If the package is damaged and the goods are less after inspection(must be checking face to the warehouse staff)the correct way to deal is:

Refuse to take the package, leave the package in the warehouse and contact Fyoubuy service for processing at the first time. Plz remind.
