Spring Festival Holiday Preview

Dear All Fyoubuy Members,
1.  From today,We will double confirm with seller for the orders and push them sent the parcels before holidays.

2.  But some sellers have already started their Spring Festival holiday, so these kinds of order status will show “Order Processing”.

3.  The orders will be delivered from seller around Feb.18th. But if there are no stocks from sellers, then the goods need to be produced and sent out before the end of February.

4.  Besides, Fyoubuy has no holidays. You can place orders through your Fyoubuy account at any time, so the products will be ready in the first time after holiday ends.

5. If you have any storage goods in warehouse, in case other packages that you want to combine have not arrived, we suggest that you can ship the goods that are already put in storage first.

6. Because the first loading time of the sea cargo container for shipping company will be at the end of February after Spring Festival holiday ends,

which means that it will not be shipped for more than 3 weeks.

7. The lastest situation is that air cargo for electronic goods should be paid for shipping before 10:30am on Feb.2,

while general goods should be paid before 10:30 am on Feb.6 at Zambia time.

8. In terms of sea cargo, you should paid before Feb.3 at the lastest, so as to catch the last container on Feb.4 before holiday begins.
