Event Rules:

1. Create TikTok videos that align with the event rules to support Fyoubuy’s year-end shipping discount season.

2. Contact our event manager in advance and express your intention to participate. Our manager will record your information for future communication and award distribution.

3. After completing the video production, send the video to our event manager for quality and content checks before publishing. We will notify you of the specific video release time, title, description, and tags.

4. After the event concludes, we will evaluate the comprehensive impact of your video and determine the bonus based on various criteria, including but not limited to the subsequent form, and distribute the bonuses.

Note:

1. Only videos made and reported to our event manager in advance will be considered valid. We will provide specific guidelines after confirming the video quality.

2. Ensure you create and publish the video according to the agreed-upon time. Deletion or modification during this period is not allowed, or your participation will be disqualified.

Content Requirements:

1. Video content should be clearly related to the theme of Fyoubuy and closely align with the three categories of themes described later. The content should be positive and promote audience understanding of Fyoubuy.

2. Avoid using vulgar language, overly explicit content, or other inappropriate visuals in the video.

3. Bonuses will be determined based on the performance of the video activity, and we will contact and deposit the appropriate amount into the creator’s account.

Examples of Video Types include but are not limited to:

1. Unboxing videos: We highly encourage our users to shoot relevant unboxing videos, showcasing the process of unboxing Fyoubuy to demonstrate the feasibility, authenticity, and convenience of online purchases. The focus should be on the idea of “what you see online is what you get.”

2. Tutorial and educational videos: Explain the business significance of online purchasing through a Chinese procurement agent compared to traditional offline wholesale, as well as user-friendly tutorials on how to use Fyoubuy. Teach the audience how to use the platform and relevant usage tips, such as mentioning potential discounts on shipping for larger purchases and notifying about reduced shipping fees.

3. Notifications related to Fyoubuy’s year-end gratitude to users and shipping discount.

4. Other comprehensive themes beneficial to Fyoubuy.

Bonus Details:

1. Bonuses will be determined based on the performance of the video activity, and we will contact and deposit the appropriate amount into the creator’s account.

2. Rewards will be assessed based on metrics such as video views, likes, interactions, and the number of new customers brought in.

3. Bonus assessment will be monitored by our team, and bonuses will be awarded fairly. There is no room for negotiation on this, and participants who cannot accept this condition may voluntarily withdraw from participating.

4. For Fyoubuy users, bonuses will be prioritized to be credited to the user’s account. For TikTok influencers, we will transfer the bonus through a negotiated method to the respective account, with priority to Airtel.

5. If the video is deemed to have low quality and does not generate substantial traffic, the bonus will be rejected and no payment will be made.

6. Video content should be creative and relevant to Fyoubuy, and traffic and revenue from unrelated videos will be considered invalid, subject to Fyoubuy team’s judgment.

7. We will evaluate participants’ videos based on video quality and the judgment criteria mentioned above and distribute event bonuses ranging from 5k to 300k.

8. Videos should continue to play until the end of the event. Deleting the video midway will be considered as forfeiting participation in the event, and evaluation eligibility will be revoked.

9. After the event, we will publicly display the list of winners to ensure the legitimacy of the event awards.

By participating in this event, you agree to adhere to all the above terms. This document serves as a credential for subsequent services.
