Procurement service
After placing an order, Fyoubuy is responsible for purchasing and provides free warehousing.
Receipt inspection
If the goods are shipped in the original factory box, Fyoubuy will not verify the quantity of the items in the box, but only count the number of boxes according to the packing specification (if there is no quantity on the box, the quantity will not be counted).
Inspection service
A 5% random inspection will be conducted for each product (minimum 5 items, maximum 20 items). If 90% of the random inspections are not qualified, the entire batch of products will be deemed to have defects, and the user will be notified.
Limited after-sales service
If Fyoubuy discovers unqualified products through quality inspection, we will assist in communicating with the seller, and the actual communication result shall be subject to the seller’s regulations. The shipping costs incurred during the return and exchange process shall be borne by the user.
Some goods may carry the risk of being non-returnable or non-exchangeable, and Fyoubuy will try to communicate with the seller before purchasing to inform you of any non-returnable or non-exchangeable goods. We do not support return and refund services for non-returnable or non-exchangeable goods.
